More examples of the thousands of watch variants produced by the Ruhla Watch Factory.
I have a Ruhla 24-31 Caliber with Seconds Sub Dial.
Back cover has the words “Inoxydable” and “Electronically Timed” and “Anti-magnetic” on it.
It has a leather strap and believed to be a gents watch.
It also has “made in GDR” on face.
Where would I be able to find out the value of this watch?

The best place to find current values of watches is Ebay. Search for completed listings and you can see what prices watches sold for. Do not be guided by the buy it now prices as these are mostly over inflated.
As to date, without seeing an exact photo of your watch I could only guess, but such watches were produced in the 1970s through to the early 1980s.
