Hi, I have just bought a watch just like this from a German seller in eBay. Somehow it seems not working before reaching me. It can’t be wound nor adjust the time. Is it possible to fix it? Or should I better return it?

Did the EBay description say that the watch was working or defective?
These watches contain a standard UMF Ruhla Calibre 24 movement. They are easy to work on but only if you have watchmaking skills and it depends on the cause of the problem.
I suggest you contact the seller to discuss your options first.
